Saturday April 5th Project Africa will be holding our Design Africa Conference. We need members of the TNS community to help out the day of to make sure the conference runs smoothly. Our volunteers will help with assisting speakers, panelists, and participants with the schedule and locations of various events within the Conference. We also need students to help with taking photos and live tweeting / blogging throughout the day so those unable to physically participate can follow along and participate in the follow-up conversations that are sure to follow after the conference is over.
The following are the number and types of volunteers needed for day of duties:
2 – Morning Setup (9:00 – 10:00)
2 – BOTH Registration Table (10:00) and Check-in (All day)
1 or 2 – Take Photos / Live Report (All day or morning / afternoon shifts)
2 – Help Guide Participants and provide directions
2 – Afternoon / Evening Breakdown
